Product Description

Nitrogen, as the most abundant gas in the air, is inexhaustible and inexhaustible. It is colorless, odorless, transparent, subinert and does not support life. Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen production process is pressure adsorption, atmospheric desorption, must use compressed air. O2 has a small kinetic diameter, so it has a faster diffusion rate in the micropores of carbon molecular sieve, while N2 has a large kinetic diameter, so the diffusion rate is slower. The diffusion of water and CO2 in compressed air is similar to that of oxygen, while argon diffuses slowly. The final concentration from the adsorption column is a mixture of N2 and Ar. The adsorption characteristics of carbon molecular sieve for O2 and N2 can be intuitively shown by equilibrium adsorption curve and dynamic adsorption curve: from these two adsorption curves, it can be seen that the increase of adsorption pressure can make the adsorption capacity of O2 and N2 increase at the same time, and the increase of O2 adsorption capacity is larger. The pressure swing adsorption period is short, and the adsorption capacity of O2 and N2 is far from reaching equilibrium (maximum value), so the difference of diffusion rate of O2 and N2 makes the adsorption capacity of O2 greatly exceed that of N2 in a short period of time. Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production is the use of carbon molecular sieve selective adsorption characteristics, the use of pressure adsorption, decompression desorption cycle, so that compressed air alternately into the adsorption tower (can also be completed by a single tower) to achieve air separation, so as to continuously produce high purity product nitrogen.
